Ergonomic and compact design
The light-weight and compact design of the X-am 2000 ensure a high level of wearing comfort for the user. The device can be operated intuitively using the 2-button keypad and the user-friendly menus.

Precise measurement with vapor-sensitive Ex sensor
The Catalytic Ex sensor adjusted to methane is very sensitive to explosive gases and offers a very high degree of sensitivity to combustible organic vapors. This ensures a far greater and more reliable protection against explosion hazards.

Power supply as required
The Dräger X-am 2000 can be operate either with a rechargeable NiMH Battery or replaceable alkaline batteries. AC operated cradle or DC vehicle charging options are available.

Full range of accessories
A complete range of accessories is available for the Dräger X-am 2000. This includes power supply units, charging devices and accessories for datalogger download and configuration as well as calibration accessories. An external pump (optional), which can be operated with a hose of a length of up to 20 m, is the perfect solution for remote measurement applications as of tanks, shafts, etc.
