Forget about long-winded installation processes, the nuisance of cables on the excavator boom and tedious system changeovers. EZDigPro is quick and easy to install, simple to operate and extremely flexible. Correct height information always available! The excavator boom does not have to halted even once for you to obtain the correct height information. With EZDigPro the position of the boom has no part to play in this process. EZDigPro uses sensors to calculate the exact position of the bucket‘s cutting edge. Everything under control! The heart of the EZDigPro system is the control box. Here you can set, for example, height difference and angle. Once instructed, the machine operator can install and calibrate the system himself. The control box guides the user simply and quickly through the installation and calibration processes. Robust sensors The sensors are attached to the bucket arm by extra-strong magnets. The power is supplied from solar cells inside the sensors and stored in built-in batteries. The control box and sensors communicate via radio, dispensing with the need for annoying cables. Simple to change machines. As the installation of the sensors is completely wireless, you can move the system onto another machine very quickly. The control box stores the settings for a number of machines and attachments. The right height at a glance. The transparent display shows height and other information by means of bright LED arrows. Slopes and profiles Slope angles from -300% to +300% can be conveniently set from the control box. You can use the EZDigPro‘s self-learning mode for profiles. This is done by dipping the profile with the bucket and recording the profile points on the control box. The system can store several profiles. When the excavator has to move... ...the reference level must be re-determined. Just place the bucket on a point of known level. Alternatively you can use the system‘s laser sensor. A rotating laser such as the QL320H may be used to give the reference level. Monitoring boom height The height control warns the operator in good time of the boom exceeding any specified height limit. A winning system!
